OUR COLONOSCOPY IS THE LOWEST PRICE IN THE COUNTRY
Our colonoscopy and cancer SCREENING services are designed to make the procedure affordable, especially for those with no insurance or have a high-deductible plan. We have discounted our prices with the hope that more people will be screened for colon cancer, the second deadliest cancer in the United States.
We also perform DIAGNOSTIC colonoscopies for an AFFORDABLE price, which is different than our screenings, for the common causes: rectal or abdominal pain, rectal or gastrointestinal bleeding, history of polyps or colon cancer, change in bowels or irritable bowel complaints like diarrhea or constipation or history of colitis or inflammatory bowel disease.
Our colonoscopy procedures cost $1,500, which covers all the costs of the procedure. A colonoscopy performed at a hospital can cost the patient between $2,500 to $5,000.

- Physician, medical staff and facility fees
- Internal pictures of colon
- Follow-up sheet recommending repeat colonoscopy

Pre-Procedure Consult
The Colon Rectal Health Center offers a pre-procedure consult as part of the price, a $250 savings. The consult is highly recommended, because it covers the cost of a bowel prep kit, a $200 savings, and is an opportunity to discuss your medical history and get answers from the doctor regarding symptoms and the upcoming procedure, and if a hemorrhoid treatment will be needed.
FREE Phone Pre-Procedure Conversation Alternative
If you are unable to have the pre-procedure consult, you can provide your medical history during a FREE over the phone consult. You will still need to cover the cost of the bowel prep kit through your pharmacy, cost ranging between $125 and $200.
If you’re experiencing rectal bleeding, you may benefit from one of the hemorrhoidal treatments we offer. At the end of your colonoscopy, if we determine that your rectal bleeding is in fact from your hemorrhoids, or you and the doctor have discussed ahead of time in your pre-consult appointment that a treatment is needed, you have the option of having traditional hemorrhoidal treatment, such as rubberband ligation, sclerotherapy or IRC. The cost is $0, a $790 savings.

For your convenience, we’ve made our patient forms available for you to fill out before your appointment or procedure. You can complete the forms on your computer, save, print and sign when a signature is required. Fields highlighted in blue are fillable. Print these forms and hand sign to bring to your appointment: If you’re having a procedure done that requires anesthesia at the Colon Rectal Center of St. Louis, you will need to arrange for a family member or friend drive you home, or if you’re from out of town, to where you are lodging. We know that comfort and convenience are key when coming from out of town for a procedure. There are several accommodation options located near the Colon Rectal Center of St. Louis sure to suit any visitor’s needs. Drury offers a discounted rate to our patients who come from out of town or have an early scheduled procedure.
