Dr. Steven Abbadessa — or as many call him, Dr. Abby — is an experienced, board-certified proctologist and surgeon. He is the founder of the Colon Rectal Health Center of St. Louis, and he sees patients with disorders of the colon and rectum. Dr. Abby specializes in hemorrhoid treatments that include infrared coagulation, laser treatments, sclerotherapy, rubber banding and surgery.
